Penguin Meat

Last night after seeing the advertisement for the movie Mr. Poppers Penguins, I was curious about Penguin meat.  After some internet research this morning it seems that people don't eat Penguins.  Early expolorers in the Arctic said Penguins tasted terrible.  I still can't find a description of what they taste like...more like poultry or fish?

BTW:  I think I remember liking the book of Mr. Poppers Penguins.
