Mildred Pierce

It started off pretty dull, but I couldn't stop watching it. Really nice job by Kate Winslet. Seems like I like every other movie Todd Haynes makes. So I guess his next project will suck. 4 out of 5.

A Dangerous Method

Thursday evening Movie: A Dangerous Method (2011) by David Cronenberg. I liked it better the second time. First time I saw it, it thought it was kind of dull. I really enjoyed this time time around 4 out 5.

Midnight in Paris

Sunday night movie: Midnight in Paris (2011) by Woody Allen. Pretty good for a Woody Allen movie, but still not a fan. 3 out of 5.

Denruve and Belmondo

This morning I watched one of my favorites. Mississippi Mermaid (1969) by Francois Truffaut. How could you not like a movie that is shot in Reunion starring Catherine Deneuve and Jean-Paul Belmondo. A good way to start the last day of my vacation. I'm already dreading returning to work tomorrow.

Wow, I was happy!

Last night I got to see Pulp at Radio City Music Hall! I had seen them before, but this was amazing. It's been 14 years since they played in the states. Sounds lame to say, but I haven't been that happy in a really longtime as I was seeing them last night. I've been a fan of them for more than half of my 33 years. I probably won't ever get to see them again. It was so great!
